Our Health & Safety Policy (HSE) is defined and strongly driven by the following management principles and behaviors:

• Identify hazards and aspects, assess risk and impacts and control them to levels as low as practicable in order to avoid occurrence of incidents.
• Define clear roles, responsibilities, authority and accountability for HSE performance across all levels.
• Set organized plans to manage potential emergency situations.
• Maintain documents and retain records of HSE performance.
• Based on the context and the nature of our business activities, services, our opportunities and risks, and those required by the international standards.
• Foster positive Health & Safety culture.
• Ensure that appropriate training, supervision, information, communication, consultation and resources on HSE are provided to all employees and stakeholders.
• Measure, monitor, evaluate and improve our HSE performance through performance analysis, audits, inspections, Management reviews and control of non-conformance.

Senior Management is committed to ensure the implementation and continual improvement of our HSE Management system by complying with local and international rules and regulations, abiding by clients HSE requirements, adapting the best HSE practices in-line with standards ISO 45001:2018.

This policy is communicated to all employees and relevant stakeholders to ensure their cooperation and full compliance. Further, this policy serves as a framework in setting up our HSE objectives and shall be reviewed regularly to keep them up to date.
